Sandwhiches were too salty. And they took forever to come out.. about an hour. The restaurant was not crowded when we went. As the previous reviewer pointed out…. service is bad and the waiters need more training.

Let me clarify. I have ordered your take out panini sandwhiches before, quite a few times actually and they were very good. I have even told friends about this place. Last time i ordered from Gusto was about 10-12 months ago.

Today was the first time dining at the restaurant and we were thoroughly disappointed. We didnt even finish the sandwhiches because they were very salty. Let me assure you, as a frequent foodie traveler to Italy/France and having tried your food a numerous times, today’s paninis were not a “subjective taste bud feeling”. It was simply too f*ckin salty. Normally in America, i would bring this up to the waiter right away. But our server had an attitude when we mentioned that we waited 1 hour for the sandwhiches to come out. so needless to say, we didn’t follow up with the salty sandwhiches. Service just wasn’t there. We had to get everything ourselves, napkins, glasses,..etc. Worst part – still get a 10% service charge. I rather pay 20% for good service which i do every time in America. sometimes even more if service was exceptional.

We noticed that there were only 2 people making food for the entire lunch crowd and take out orders. Maybe quality was lost amid all the chaos?

I dont know what happened. But based on today’s experience quality has gone down. My friend also felt the same. We left feeling hungry and unsatisfied. We ended up getting a 2nd lunch nearby.

I ordered cold cuts and cheese and had it delivered in Taoyuan last December 23, 2021. Placing an order in their website is easy and delivery was great. Their facebook page is also responsive to messages.
The variety of cheeses in the cold cuts and cheese set had different ranges in strength and taste which is nice. the cold cuts were okay. However, there was one kind of cold cut meat that reeks of an ammonia/urea smell and was impossible to eat.

冷切肉盤＆乳酪盤附醃漬的洋蔥、辣椒、橄欖、蜂蜜，道地的義式風味，讓人食慾大開，搭配葡萄酒更棒，可惜剛打疫苗不能飲酒，所以口感稍稍鹹了一點，義大利帕尼尼-帕瑪火腿、寇帕火腿起司，麵包烤的酥酥好吃極了，附近停車不易，可以停在濱江市場的地下室B3乾淨、明亮(B1、Ｂ2)裝卸貨陰暗、髒亂，走路5分鐘就到非常近！

Tasty food and great quality. They hold monthly mingle as well which is a nice event where to taste a huge variety of Italian food.

用餐環境舒適，服務親切，餐點好吃，太急著吃甜點，上桌忘了拍擺盤照，只好補上在冷藏櫃中的樣子。
除用餐外，也有許多義大利食材可購買。

濱江街附近一家義大利食材兼餐廳，躲在傳統市場巷弄內的私房美食！😄👍
非常地道的義大利口味，不過我覺得pizza的皮烤太乾了，就像硬餅乾一樣，不好咀嚼。帕里尼好吃！起司及火腿拼盤風味十足，值得點喔！ …

好吃，不貴，適合每週來…..

bruschetta很好吃！
牛肚湯有點鹹，雖然店員說這個已經是調整過的版本了。
整體來說價格有點偏高，但值得回訪再來吃其他的料理

進貨選物能力很好，但是餅皮太焦太硬

Both the Caprese panini and Pomodoro was crunchy and delicate at the same time. Pizza fillings do not fall off the dough and both delivered a soul soothing bite.

Staffs were accommodating and professional but no greet to customer walk-ins. My question to one of lady on her recommendation of sausage meats if I wanted to make Napolitana sauce, she replied with a stone face “depends on what you want, I don’t understand what you want”… I ended up picking up a pack of original flavor sausages.

Dine-in ambiance is a bit rundown crossbreed of a mini warehouse + indoor seating of a Taiwan street vendor but very clean environment.

在傳統市場裡的一間義大利小店，很多義大利食品，咖啡甜品做得很好

用外送點了一桌的菜
其中最喜歡火腿起司拼盤，不用煩惱搭配就可以吃到各種味道！
麵疙瘩很濃郁感覺現場一定更好吃！自己用微波爐加熱感覺方法不對影響味道跟湯汁
燉牛肚加上起司跟麵包超級搭配
下次要到現場吃！

超級好吃的帕尼尼啊啊啊！烤得酥脆的麵包體，加上火腿、番茄和不同種類起司搭配在一起真的太讓人驚艷了！

前面一切都很美好，沙拉好吃、起司好吃、義大利麵好吃，一邊食用剛好看到桌上打卡活動，可以贈送甜點，發文之後拿給店員審核，之後正餐都用完了，開始期待打卡甜點，(菜還沒上齊就有打卡了)，時間一直流逝，我們自我調適：可能是手工的、可能要烤吧，感覺過了快一小時，最後真的等到不知道要幹嘛，想說先去結帳，順便詢問一下，請問打卡甜點正在做嗎？結果店員：你們現在要吃了嗎？我也可以現在給你呀！……等候許久原來根本都沒開始準備。
再過了一下子，店員送來甜點，跟我們介紹：裡面是巧克力慕斯，一口咬下，…很硬，很艱難的吃完，明明就是尚未退冰的冰淇淋，完全無法感受慕斯口感。
統整結論，不論是不是想要讓甜點餐後給客人，在過程中也沒詢問甜點要上了嗎，最後期待的甜點是，感覺剛從冷凍拿出來的，雖然只是打卡活動免費贈送，至少也不能太過於隨性，外觀看得出來還沒退冰，介紹卻說慕斯？如果沒有主動詢問，可能還在座位放空發呆……。
