I recently had the pleasure of dining at a traditional Taiwanese restaurant that also offers Japanese cuisine, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the wonderful ambiance and the warm welcome from the staff.
What really made the experience special was the talented chef who expertly prepared the food in front of us, using traditional cooking techniques that were simply fascinating to watch. It was clear that the chef took great pride in his work, and the care and attention he put into each dish was evident in the delicious flavors that burst in my mouth.
