We were seated in the bar instead of the main restaurant as they were full. But that was a fantastic choice, tables were few and well spaced out, not noisy, service attentive and we could stay beyond 10pm cos it was the bar area. Consistently good food, reasonably priced, serving size is approximately for 4 pax in general (can stretch to 5 for smaller eaters) and free parking with spending. Corkage is free for every bottle you purchase from the restaurant.
看到隻隻掛爐燒鴨。皮光肉滑。即叫即燒。好多人叫。但兩個人吃不下，沒有叫。其他食物中上。餐桌上的木面已經很多花晒，但沒用桌布，也不更換。少少失望。

Like the rice they added crispy rice in it, but doesn’t taste much of the main mushroom ingredients in there.
Other dishes, well forgot right away. Dessert if they could add the filling after guest order I think the puff will be much better.

We went there to try the Peking duck. Without disappointment, we tasted the skin first with sugar, the first time ever eaten that way, which was good. After that, the rest of the skin and meat were taken with steamed crepes in the traditional way. The duck meat was a bit lean but overall, it was tasty and the service was great.

best pekin duck, great chinese fusion food, interesting and inspiring taste
Duck need to order in advance, no duck for walk in guest;
no shrimp even displayed on the menu;
No cabbage even displayed on the menu;
Beef in pot taste alright;
Chilly chicken is no better than KFC;
Overall price has much better choice in town…. Not recommend unless you stayed in the hotel, not worthy a special visit all the way

食材很新鮮，味道也不錯，服務周到。是相當高級的料理！但是如果用價格去比較，略為貴。因為始終不算是熱門之地，而且整體佈局顯陳舊。環境一般，感覺不到高消費享受的氛圍。尤其是疫情下的餐廳，服務生太多反令食客不自然。

Super delicious traditional Peking duck!
Friends want to try Peking duck suddenly and Sha Tin 18 is highly recommended by others. So we just went and tried then. Weekend table booking need to wait one month (Jesus! ).
But it didn’t disappoint us. Really nice traditional Peking duck, 3 courses, skin meat, wok fried minced duck and duck soup. Super delicious and fulfilled our stomachs. Others dishes are good too.
Definitely should try their desserts too, homemade ice- creams & sherbets are highly recommended since they used Chinese rice wine to make them. Super nice.

整體所點的菜式都合乎想法，但這個泡芙，就可以特別用一個字去形容 “伏” 芝士味不足，腐乳味近乎零，是充滿尷尬層次的產物。

老實說點心收酒店價錢是正常，因為是酒店，但造出來的水準就比一般酒樓好些少！！絕對不值這價錢，唯一好吃的是餃子，但不便宜10隻要1百4拾多！甜品叫了一個南瓜蛋和芝士卷，但一般般！這處吃過便算，不會再來啦！！

I went to a private party here. It was excellent.

Finally got in for dim sum after 3 tries, tough to get in even for guests at hotel. Hotel guests enjoy a slight discount. Food all taste very good, are beautifully presented and comes at a premium price. Most dim sum start at about HKD $70. Dishes are mostly made to order.
The har gow (steamed shrimp dumplings) and char shiu baos (steamed bbq pork buns) were heavenly. The BBQ platter is a good way to sample their signature BBQ pork and pork belly. These were very good, but not exceptional. One can probably get as good or better elsewhere.
A large open kitchen showcases various cooking stations: Chinese BBQ, buns, dumplings and rice crepe steaming station, wok and a dessert counter.
Service is intensely attentive.
Ambience is casual and relaxed, saved for the attentive service.
Great experience for special occasions.
