Good food, nice atmosphere, good services.
Drinks are expensive. We ordered some beer and they were flat. At least the waitress made a switch for us without any questions.
They have live music on weekend but try not to sit too close to the stage unless you don’t plan to have any conversation with anyone (the music were so loud!).

Best Peking duck in Hong Kong
Professional and friendly service. Good quality dim sum, and the duck soup is impressive. Homemade ice cream is worth a go. Personally recommend 龍躉水昌餃，鴨骨湯，帶子腸粉，五良液朱古力雪糕。
A wonderful culinary experience…. exquisite …wait till you try the amazing dessert: fermented tofu cheese cake, wuloong tea ice cream… went again and again delightful and enjoyable evening… must try the exotic dessert!!!

服務好，員工專業，環境舒服。片皮鴨好味。
作為一家酒店的中菜館，裝修環境都不錯，部分侍應的服務亦很細心。
食物水平只屬中規中舉，就算必須預訂的北京填鴨的味道也沒有太大驚喜。
反而有些基本服務就未達標準。是次晚飯於某飲食網站訂枱，訂枱日前兩三天有職員再確認訂座，反詢問是否預訂北京填鴨。直至當晚6點入座，都沒有人向我提及原來週末晚餐時段分兩節︰1730至1930和1945至2145。
首先這個定位的餐廳設有用餐時限已經降格。其次，即使我6點入座，也有一個半小時用餐，正常足夠。但還未到7點，當在用餐途中，侍應便指由於製作需時，問我們需不需要甜品。到剛完成主菜放低筷子，隨即問我們要不要上甜品。最後7點10分，我還在吃甜品時，更問我們可否先結帳！
我從未遇過堂堂一家酒店中菜廳，在用餐約一小時便催促結帳，而且距離該用餐時段還有整整20分鐘！
最後我忍不住問侍應，才得知週末用餐的時限。我本身用餐都快，但整餐飯被人催促的體驗十分差。
選擇性很多，價錢亦很貴
地點方便，餐廳優靜，招呼親切，北京填鴨值得推薦！

今朝早咗太多去到，等開門，超肚餓一坐底即order.
xo醬龍躉餃子， 素菜腐皮卷，蛋絲金菇蝦腸都好食； 蝦餃一般，個皮削咗啲， 菱角粟米粥 就係因為想食菱角同埋好耐冇食粥先叫XD
呢度環境唔錯，一個人坐大梳化卡位，服務都好好。

1 of the best peking ducks in town. They serve it 3 ways; first just the skin, second meat with a thin slice of skin, third just the breast.
Second favorite dish would be the steams pork ribs coated with sticky rice. The pork is tender yet flavorsome.
Generally pretty satisfied with the food except for the appetizer – chilled beancurd dough was too salty and could improve on was service.k
Delicious food. Individual waiter could serve better in view of a dining place in a hotel. Improvement is on some detailed gesture like refilling tea, cleaning up empty dishes, etc.
Food is good but they only allow 90 minutes for dining.
