Good place…
Good and services were both excellent especially roasted Peking duck and some other Guangdong local dishes. However, it’s very very pricey – typically double the norm which make it prohibitive to come often.
Roasted duck is a must-eat item. Order early!
Top notch interior design and furnishing, classy but nowhere extravagant. Superb service. Actually seems more reasonably priced than other hotels of the same level in Hongkong.

excellent! try their fish maw soup, it is amazing! never had it before at their quality. i were there about 3 times and never boring, their service is also excellent! worth to visit whoever in hong kong

Very good Restaurant with some really good dishes and a very nice dessert selection. Especially the homemade ice cream with some very interesting ingredients are very good.
Staff is very attentive and the prices reasonable for the quality you get. Been here three times and always very satisfied.

Very good Beijing duck
坐位舒適，食物高品質。特別是甜品，每款都很獨特，其他地方吃不到。
4 stars are given to the foods and the creativity. Highly recommend “Peking Duck” and “BBQ Pork”. Their desserts are lovely especially Osmanthus cake. The only downside is its inconvenient location.

It is a great place to enjoy Cantonese food! Good taste for every dish, the most impressive dishes are the Peking duck and red dates baked cake! Especially the red dates cake is of such a nice taste that you can’t try in anywhere else!

山長水又遠，除港鐵，無乜巴士可到達，酒店接駁車幾個鐘頭先至有一班！！極不方便，幾好食都假啦！
氣氛很好，星期二至日都有伴唱，水準甚高。Happy Hour時間買一送一較便宜，以高級酒店質素甚至比酒吧更便宜。不建議點餐，食品往往$200起跳

Nice and cozy bar. Went there for happy hour and enjoyed the live music. Food is just ok, drinks are not too bad. Didn’t like the glass that held my Guinness, it’s oversized and would be better to serve by the bottle. Price is reasonable. Will go back again

位於沙田凱悅酒店的中菜廳 沙田18，除了必吃名物北京烤鴨外，原來還有一道不容錯過的色香味俱全「堂弄玫瑰露叉燒配豬油撈飯」。師傅推著一條條色澤鮮明的叉燒入到我們的貴賓房內，在大家面前把點燃了的玫瑰露酒淋上叉燒。頓時房內散發出濃郁玫瑰露香，加上熊熊火光，相當誘人！接著師傅會根據大家各自喜愛的叉燒部位及切法，配碗豬油撈飯上枱。邪惡又美味！
溫馨提示：「堂弄玫瑰露叉燒配豬油撈飯」只限在貴賓房內供應。記得必須要最少1日前預訂，午市與晚市均可，定價每位$88（6位起）。
還有每次來到「沙田18」，總會很期待這裡帶中西元素交流的創意甜品。這晚熱的甜品有新鮮出爐的「合桃圓肉杞子酥皮卷」($65)，以及我超喜歡的「紅棗貝殼蛋糕配橙酒吉士醬」($65)！
而雪糕就分別吃了靈感來自鳳梨酥的「鳳梨山楂雪糕 」($42)，以及「白果腐竹雪糕」($42)。
