Yummy tranditional Tibet / India food. 美味的西藏和印度香料料理, 值得一嚐~

只是經過看一下 MENU ，

平常就站在門口的櫃台旁邊，
明明有椅子rrrrr!!!!!
奶茶還蠻好喝的 !
咖哩雞的肉有點少比較偏骨頭，
咖哩牛份量比較普通正常些。
藏區一般料理
上菜速度很快，服務態度也很好，不過說的北京話比較有腔調需要稍微注意聽。餐點價格不算太貴，內容很棒，交通位置也很方便。
西藏及印度口味特別，有香料料理的香及特殊口感，對素食朋友友善的餐廳，花費一般價格即可品嚐專業大廚的手藝
捲餅還OK，但燉牛肉是小碗牛肉湯…要價$250貴了點

相當普通⋯⋯有點失望⋯⋯不會再來了⋯⋯⋯
東西好吃但太貴了，一人400還是無法飽。印度奶茶非常濃厚香料味，要點前三思。
外觀看似平淡無奇的店面，但只要踏入其中，藏香的味道撲面而來，甚至將你圍繞。他們的藏族料理味道雖然會比當地的再淡一些些，但並不會影響其風味。藏族特色的糌粑大小味道都恰到好處。配著糌粑的酥油茶雖然味道淡了些，不過影響並不大。整體來說，這是間值得在此光臨的餐廳。

味道很特別～
Despite the name of this restaurant is called ‘Tibetan Kitchen”, in fact there are also Indian dishes on the menu besides Tibetan dishes. The chef came from Tibet who ever lived in India can cook both cuisines. The indoor decoration is mix of Tibetan folk style and also Indian elements.
“Tsampa” the Tibetan stable food made from ground barley, and “Cha suma” (butter tea) the most popular Tibetan drink are the must-try although you may feel them strange at first.
Some of the dishes are obviously Indian food, such as Naan, Paratha, Biryani, and various curries. There are also Chinese-influenced dishes, too. For example, “Momo” is very similar to Chinese steamed dumpling. “Chowmein” (fried noodles) and “Stir tsoma” (stir vegetables) also look familiar. My recommend dish, “Shaptek”, contains sliced meats marinated in spices, and stir fried with onions and chili. Its strong taste goes well with rice or naan.
雖然這家餐廳的名稱是「西藏廚房」，它菜單其實包含了西藏菜和印度菜。主廚來自西藏，因為曾經住過印度，所以能同時烹飪這兩種料理。內部裝潢上除了西藏風格之外，也有著不少印度元素。
以搗碎的青稞製作的西藏人主食「糌粑」與西藏人的日常飲料「酥油茶」，這兩種食物剛嚐起來有點怪怪的，但卻是必點。
菜單上有些顯然是印度食物，像囊餅、酥餅、香料炒飯、各種咖哩，但也有些是受中國影響的菜色，比如：饃饃很類似中國水餃，而炒麵、炒蔬菜也是。我推薦的一道料理「藏式乾炒」，是以香料醃漬的肉片拌炒洋蔥和辣椒，屬於重口味，配飯或囊餅吃非常適合。
鹹食類都滿不錯的，特別推薦雞肉！

Very yummy food. Good atmosphere and price is very reasonable.
挺特別的，但是因為也沒吃過其他西藏料理，實在說不上道不道地、好不好吃，只能說部份口味挺微妙的，不過值得去嘗試看看

The food is good, I haven’t tried Tibet food before, but the food here seem to be “asianized”, well Tibet is in asia, but you get what I mean. Its really good though

The food here is pretty decent. However the it’s overpriced here.
Overall the portion is small and pretty expensive.
Food was a little cold but supposed to be hot. It looked like the sets are built up ahead of time.
Im not a specialist on Tibet.food but I couldn’t tell the difference between it and food from India. Maybe that’s normal but I’m not sure!
商業午餐
好吃的異國料理。
For this price, for Indian food in Taipei, Tibet Kitchen is a great choice. The food and portioning is very good, the restaurant is very clean, and the music and décor make for a good atmosphere. The Tibetan dishes sometimes look plain, but they’re very tasty. I recommend the tandoori dishes, and their marsala chai. Only a few vegan dishes, but staff are very clear and accommodating about ingredients.

每一道菜份量大概兩人份，風味普通
咖哩醬不錯，很有味道，可惜青菜偏少。另外綠豆湯是鹹的，有點特別。
雖然沒去過西藏，但應該蠻道地的(?)
最後都還是選吃印度咖哩比較合胃口
