We had a great time here!
The food and desserts are super delicious and authentic, Sichuan and Hainan style. We had slow-cooked pork belly with broccoli, crispy cauliflower stir fry, dao xiao mian (knive-cut noodle), yam soup, dry mala shrimp stir fry. For drink, the owner serve pear tea with dry jujube, goji berry, and chrysanthemum; rose and lychee soda; preserved orange peel soda; and spacial ginger tea. For desserts, we have matcha cake with red bean — best matcha cake we ever had. Normally my mom doesn’t each much desserts but she was able to finish the whole piece!
The owners are veeeeery very friendly. We speak limited mandarin but the male owner could communicate in English and helped explain the dishes as well as the Taiwan culture. The female owner is so kind, giving so many homemade stuff for us to try!! 😋
For those wanting to visit, this place needs advance booking via the Facebook page, minimum 4 people and advance deposit. We were from abroad so it was slightly difficult to make deposit. They let you choose the dishes and dessert you want to have before hand.

太美味的湖南菜了!最喜歡酸菜水煮魚與麻辣香鍋!細滑的鱸魚配上酸香麻的湯汁,麻辣辛香料巴著爽脆的藕片時蔬與蝦,入口即化的酒香東坡肉,入味的新疆大盤雞拌上超彈牙拉麵,甜點蘋果肉桂捲畫下完美句點。闆娘小川是對生活充滿熱情的湖南美麗女孩,十分健談爽朗,手藝與個性都令人著迷啊!
忘不了民宿闆娘聽到我們預約小川家晚餐的表情,張大眼睛嘴巴開開3秒鐘,直呼怎麼知道這間隱藏口袋名單的樣子,實在是有趣又難忘😂
料理實在太迷人了
每道菜都獨特且令人驚艷,一進到屋內壁爐噼哩啪啦的聲音就讓人溫暖,用餐舒適自在,聽小川解釋著每一道菜的由來也引人入勝,還有好多菜想試,可惜肚子裝不下,期待下次再訪。
